Typical interest rates are prime and will vary greatly depending upon the quality and location of the property, the urgency of the loan and the amount negotiated by the lender.

The requirements for conventional commercial loans are generally exactly the same as any bank would require. Typically, the interest rates will be prime plus (in today's market) with a 70% loan to value ratio (LTV).
